Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Denmark) We offer two shipping options within Denmark:
- Standard – Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days
- Express – Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days
EU Shipping We ship to all EU member states via Standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and more. Standard shipping is available, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Customs & Duties For international orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
